AG|CM was selected to provide project management on the $170 million Brazoria County Courthouse Campus expansion encompassing the 9-block area surrounding the courthouse, addressing immediate space challenges and setting the stage for future surrounding population growth. The new campus includes renovations to the historic courthouse and the West Annex building, a new 6-floor, 152,000 SF administration building, a 154,845 SF expansion to the justice center, and a new 15,500 SF emergency operations center.
