AG|CM provided project management services for three high-profile projects for Fort Bend County: the expansion and renovation of the County Justice Center, the new Sheriff’s Office Administration Building, and the North County Library. The $28 million expansion is a 98,692 SF, three-level addition to the existing justice center that connects on all three levels and matches the exterior materials. The renovations to the existing justice center includes a new courtroom, clearing space for future courtrooms, a new law library, and a new jury deliberation room. Fort Bend’s ground-up Sheriff Office Administration Building is a three-level, 48,644 SF facility containing extensive technology systems including card access, security cameras and connectivity to the main jail facility.
