AG|CM was hired to provide project management services on two fire stations for Emergency Service Districts in Montgomery County. For Montgomery County ESD 3, the main project includes replacing its small, outdated Station 31 with a new 14,300 SF facility with living facilities and five engine bays. Once the $4 million facility is complete, the firefighters will move from the old station #31 to the new station. For Montgomery County ESD 4, AG|CM was tasked with overseeing procurement, design, construction, and closeout of the $6.1 million Fire & Rescue Station. The two-story, 23,052 SF fire station construction includes four double-stacked bays, a lobby showcasing an antique fire truck, an administration suite for MCESD 4, and a large training/meeting area.
