AG|CM provided project management of the design and construction of four projects for the city. City Hall (15,000 SF) is home to administrative offices, utility billing space, building inspections and permitting services, human resources financial services, and community meeting rooms. Other projects included a fire station (20,000 SF) with its accommodating living quarters, covered bays, and classroom and training room facilities; the city library expansion (4,000 SF); and the animal care facility (9,000 SF) with offices, parking, storage, laundry room, animal show room, animal runs, cat cages and fencing. Construction cost of the bond program was $12 million.
