City of New Braunfels Bond Program

AG|CM was contracted to provide preconstruction services for the City of New Braunfels 2019 Bond Program. This bond included the construction of the Dry Comal Hike and Bike Trail, a linear trail park that will have shared-use paths, clear and safe connections to local destinations and neighborhoods across the city; the Zipp Family Sports Park, a $49 million, 149 acre sports field complex that will include baseball, softball, and soccer fields; Fire Station No. 3, a 12,000 SF fire station replacement with secure parking, common space, gym, a commercial grade kitchen, storage, and day room; and the Southeast Library Branch which is a new construction of a 17,000 SF facility with a design focusing on youth and family services.
