AG|CM provided construction management and preconstruction services to the City of Corpus Christi on the American Bank Center expansion and renovation. The multipurpose arena complex includes luxury suites, team lockers, and food service facilities totaling 155,000 SF and 10,000 seats. The convention center project involved a 72,000 SF expansion and a renovation of the 55,000 SF Corpus Christi Convention Center. A new grand entry with lobby was added, as well as meeting rooms, pre-function facilities, a full kitchen and ballroom, and renovation of existing facilities while keeping the facility operational, serving scheduled conventions and meetings.
