AG|CM was hired to provide Owner’s representative services for the Cinnamon Shores South Development. This commercial construction expands the Cinnamon Shores subdivision and includes two phases: a civil construction consisting of demo and site utilities (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, gas, and electrical), as well as site grading and paving. The second phase includes construction of the community pool, with a pedestrian bridge that connects the pool, trash room, HVAC equipment deck, projector screen, pool deck, outdoor showers, splash pad, and a kid's pool.
