Harris County Community Service Department brought on AG|CM to provide project management services for 11 multi-family projects totaling $321 million in construction costs. The program includes the renovation of two existing buildings and managing the construction of 9 ground up multi-family projects throughout Harris County ranging in size from 89 units to 288 units.
Harris County CSD again selected AG|CM to manage an additional 5 multi-family projects, ranging from 50 to 192 units and totaling $132 million.
