The Houston Park Board selected AG|CM to provide onsite project management services on the Hill at Sims Regional Park project, an 18 acre regional park at the existing 100 acre Harris County Flood Control detention basin. The resulting program will bring bayou connectivity, create regional open space in urban areas, and become a neighborhood destination for the community. The new park will include a nature pavilion with restrooms, storage and shaded seating area, a 1.5 mile reinforced concrete loop trail around the detention basin, water access pier with picnic area, 40-car parking lot, and a pedestrian bridge across the Sims Bayou.
