AG|CM was contracted to provide project management by McLeod Cobb Investments for the Portland Town Center, a 45-acre multifamily and retail project. McLeod Cobb’s plans for the Portland Town Center call for 200,000 SF of retail space, anchored by a 128,500-SF Target store, as well as 300 multifamily units. The project includes $2.9 million in site work and utilities in relation to the Portland Town Center Development on U.S. Highway 181 Road and Broadway as well as the Shops at Hwy 181 and Wildcat Drive.
