AG|CM's responsibility for this project includes management and observation of roadway and utility construction as well as weekly schedule reporting for the 45 acre, 200 home residential development in Conroe. After clearing the greenfield, site improvements in the Venetian Pines subdivision include wastewater collection system, waterline bore under the main roadway and into the subdivision including hydrants, site storm water improvements include a detention pond, an outfall structure, and retaining walls.
